Inspection No. 70-371/86-07 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. Roth of this office on July 21-25, 1986, for the purpose of reviewing the licensed program at your facility. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of proce-dures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation by the inspector.
One violation of NRC requirements was identified. Please reply to this matter in accordance with the enclosed Appendix A. The response requested above is not subject to clearance by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paper-work Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
This transmittal will be made public unless you notify this office, within 10 days of the date of this letter, that you intend to request withholding of in-formation under 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1). That notification may be made to the Chief, Document Control Section, USNRC Region I, at (215)-337-5223.
