Governor Dukakis has asked me to reply to your letter of November 14, 1986 regarding issues under investigation at Seabrook.
On his behalf. I accept your offer to arrange briefings and regular reports on these matters.
As the Governor's letter to you of November 3rd indicated, we are particularly interested in the results of your investigation of the claims made by Computerized Interference Elimination (CIE) regarding Seabrook's "as-built" drawings.
I understand that a final report will be available shortly and I would appreciate your forwarding a. copy of it to ne.
I After we have had an opportunity to review your findings, it may be appropriate to schedule a briefing on this and related matters.
