Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Comission is an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's November 24, 1975 Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-12. This Amendment revises the Company's previously filed Application for an extension of the expiration date of the " Possession Only" license to reflect the present status of and Licensee's long term plans for the facility and also provides the additional information requested by the NRC Staff by letter dated May 7, 1986.
This filing consists of the executed original of the Amendment, a copy of the " Environmental Report of the Current Decommissioned Status of the Peach Bottom Unit No.1", dated February,1987, and a copy of a document entitled "Information Requested in Enclosure No. 2 of NRC Correspondence dated May 7, 1986."
