Dear Ms. Capasso:
This is in response to your letter dated May 16, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), six categories of records relating to off-site magnetic media or hard copy storage and records received from seven companies identified in your letter.
In a telephone conversation between you and Nina Toms on June 9, 1986,-
you clarified that the scope of your request covers records pertaining to current procurements for the six categories listed in your letter. You also stated that you wished to withdraw that portion of the request for records received from the seven listed companies.
The three records identified on the enclosed appendix are now available for inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Document Room in file F01A-86-366 under your name.
