Dear Mr. Stewart:

This is an invitation to your licensing staff to participate'in a working level meeting on September 15, 1986, with the Project Managers in PWR-A Project Directorate #2 and other NRC managers.

The intent of this meeting is to enhance comunications and improve day-to-day business between our organizations by discussing, in an informal atmosphere, topics of mutual interest relevant to licensing.

I have enclosed for your review'and coment a proposed agenda.

This agenda was developed based on informal conversations between your staff and my staff in which an informal list of attendees and topics of interest for the upcoming meeting was discussed.

I welcome any suggestions you may have either for additional agenda items or for the meeting format that would help to make this meeting a success.

The meeting has been scheduled at 8:30 a.m. on September 15, 1986, in Bethesda and is expected to last all day.
