The' reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than 10 respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.

ALARA MEASURES Discuss specific ALARA measures which will be utilized during the 7 t

additional years of service.

DOSE ASSESSMENT a)

Provide a table showing Fort Calhoun personnel exposure experiences for the years 1978 thru 1985 indicating the man-rem exposures b plant system, regardless of how these exposures were obtained (ye.g.,

during normal operations, maintenance, repair or refueling activities) and by whom (e.g., by plant operations personnel, plant maintenance personnel, contractor / vendor personnel, etc.).

b)

Provide a similar table for the years 2008 to 2013.

Include doses from expected decontamination, decommissioning, additional maintenance and related doses.

3.

10 CFR PART 51.52 Provide information concerning the requirements set forth in 10 CFR 51.52,

" Environmental Effects of Transportation of Fuel and Waste: - Table S-4" regarding transportation of fuel and radioactive wastes to and from the site.

Include a statement or a commitment which confirms that meet the transportation conditions of either Paragraph (a) or (you will b) of 10 CFR 51.52.
