Dear Sir / Madam:
Attached are revised Technical Specification (TS) pages 3.3-65 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3, for License Change Application ECR 96-01511. This License Change Application concems the revision to the loss of power setpoints for 4 kV emergency buses. The note contained on TS page 3.3-65 is being clarified to state that prior to the implementation of modification 96-01511, "on a particular Function 4 or 5 relay,"its Allowable Values are as stated in the note.
Additionally, this note is being revised to state that the " note expires upon completion of modification 96-01511, but no later than March 1,2003." These changes do not alter the Information Supporting a Finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration or the Information Supporting an Environmental Impact Assessment of the Reference 1 License Change Application.
