VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT RESPONSE TO REOUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION By letter dated March 11,1998, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) to provide additional information pertaining to the positive dmg test of a licensed operator. The enclosed information is provided for the NRC's use in evaluation of this fitness for duty occurrence.
Mr. C. K. McCoy states he is duly authorized to execute this oath on behalf of SNC, and to the best of his knowledge and belief, the information contained in the enclosure is a matter of personal privacy and is exempt from disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790 (a)(6).
