Dear Mr. Agosti:
This is to acknowledge receipt of the " Fermi 2 Safeguards Contingency Plan" as requested in our letter of December 18, 1986, which forwarded our acceptance of the changes made to the " Fermi 2 Security Plan," and the " Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan," submitted with your letter dated December 2, 1986, under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the changes to the " Fermi 2 Safeguards Contingency Plan," and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFP, 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
