NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/98-04

Dear Mr. Keenan:

This refers to the inspection conducted on February 23-25. 1998.

The

inspection included a review of activities authorized for your Robinson

facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed

with those members of your staff identified in the report.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within

these areas the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures,

and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of

activities in progress. The purpose of the inspection was to determine

whether activities authorized by the license were conducted safely and in

a.ccordance with NRC requirement's.

Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not

identi fied.

The material enclosed herewith conts Ms Safeguards Information as defined by

10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosur, to unauthorized individuals is prohibited

by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act,of 1954, as 6 mended,
