' During 1986 the steam generator - tubes were' examined once.
This examination occurred during the February refueling outage. Tubes in "A" "B",
and
'_'C". steam generators were examined during _ the outage.
The
' material that follows presents the results of the examinations.
These-l

result's include the number and extent of the tubes examined, the location -
and percent of wall-thickness penetration for - each indication : of _ an imperfection, and the identification of the tubes that were plugged. Also included are a "Tubesheet Cross Section Plot" (Figure 1) and " Tube Support Plate /Tubesheet Nomemclature" (Figure 2).

. EXAMINATION
SUMMARY
In "A" Steam Generator there were 197 tube examinations from the ' nlet i
' side. -193 tubes were examined to the seventh support plate on the outlet side. and. 4 tubes were examined full length (tubesheet-to-tubesheet).
This is approximately 6. percent of the available tubes.
Two-tubes-were found to have discontinuity indications between 20% and 40% through wall.
-~No tubes were plugged. Refer to the table below for details.

SUMMARY
In "B" Steam Generator there were 813 tube examinations from the inlet side. 97 tubes were examined to the seventh support plate on the outlet side and 716 tubes were examined ' full length (tubesheet-to-tubesheet).
This is approximately_ 25 percent of the available~ tubes.
One-tube was
- found to have a discontinuity indication less than 20% through wall. One tube was found to have a discontinuity indication between 20% ~ and 40%
through wall.
One tube was. plugged.

SUMMARY
.In "C" Steam Generator there'were 907 tube examinations from the' inlet side. 191 tubes were' examined to the seventh support plate on -the outlet side and. 716. tubes were. examined full length -(tubesheet-to-tubesheet).
This is approximately 27 percent of the available tubes. Two tubes were found to have discontinuity indications less than 20% through wall. Six tubes were plugged. Refer to the table below for details.
