We are returning Check No. 113962 which was originally submitted for your December 12 application. Since Check No. 113962 that we received on December 16, 1986, was dated May 5, 1986, and carries a stipulation that it is " void 6 months after date of issue," is was agreed in a December 17, 1986 '.
