Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. P. H. Harrell and

staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection included licensed operation training and
requalification program and the nonlicensed staff training program.
Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures

No response is required; however, your
attention is warranted to the unresolved item which has the potential of
becoming a violation in the future.
An unresolved item is identified in paragraph 3 of the enclosed inspection
report.
Should you have any questions concerning this inspection, we will be pleased to
discuss them with you.
Sincerely,
OddnM styed ay
