SPECIAL REPORT LOOSE PARTS MONITOR CHANNEL #5 INOPERABLE On November 24, 1986 channel #5 (S/G A) of the Unit 2 Vibration and Loose Parts Monitor System was declared inoperable. A Work Request was written to investigate and repair the channel. The repair will be carried out during a future outage.
Since the channel has been inoperable more than 30 days, this is reportable to the NRC pursuant to Technical Specification 3.3.3.9.
