Beaver Valley Power Station - Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412 Final Safety Analysis Report - Amendment 15 Gentlemen:

Duquesne Light Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Coupany, Ohio Edison Company, and The Toledo Edison Canpany, is filing herewith three (3) signed originals plus sixty (60) copies of Anendment 15 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Bea-ver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2.

Attachment #1 provides a brief description of FSAR changes in this amend-ment which we believe could impact the staff's Safety Evaluation Report.

A lis, f FSAR changes which addressed itens related to the Stone and Weoster E ~ eering Corporation (SWEC) Engineering Assurance Audit No. 52 was submitted with Anendment 13.

Action Iten S12 (FSAR pages 3.8-33 and 34) should be added to this list per this anendment.

This infonnation is being provided in accordance with the request made by the NRC Office of Inspection and Enforcenent during the exit meeting of their final inspection of audit results and corrective actions on Septencer 25, 1986.

Please insert the revised Anendment 15 material into the FSAR as per the Amendment Instruction Sheet.
