DUKE POUER COMPANY DOCKET NO. 50-369 McGUIRE NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 APEFTVENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No. 67 License No. NPF-9 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Cor.oission) has found that:
A.
The application for amendment to the McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (the facility) Facility Operating License No. NPF-9 filed by the Cuke Power Company (the licensee) dated Decenber 16, 1985, and supplemented Novenber 24, 1986, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as ariended (the Act) and the Cercission's regulations as set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in conformity with the applicatien, as arended, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commission; C.
There is reasonable assuranca (1) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in ecmpliance with the Commission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimicel to the connon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Concission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Accordingly, Facility Operating License No. NPF-9 is changed as follows:
Change paragraph 2.L to read:
L.
This license is effective as of the date of issuance and shall expire at midnight on June 12, 2021, 3.

The !!uclear Regulatory Commission (the Cornission) has found that:

The application for araendment to the McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (the facility) Facility Operating License No. NPF-17 filed by the Duke Power Company (the licensee) dated December 16, 1985, and supplemented November 24,1986, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act) and the Ccmission's regulations as set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in conformity with the application, as arended, the provisions of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Commissi'on; C.
There is reasonable assurance (1) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Comission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the comon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Comission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
