REQUEST FOR INFORMATION In order to facilitate an inspection of quality assurance (QA) effectiveness at the Grand Gulf facility, NRC, Region II, requests that you forward the following information for our review:
Copies of all audits (which required a written Corrective Action Request) conducted by Quality Assurance Department personnel started or completed from May 1,1985 to May 1,1986. Audit checklists need not be included.
Copies of 20 audits where findings were identified but for which a Corrective Action Request was not required to be written.
Copies of the last two Semi-Annual Status Reports to Senior Management.
Copies of the last four Quarterly Trend Reports.
This request was discussed with Mr. S. Fieth on July 30, 1986.
