Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. D. L. Garrison of this office
during the period November 17-21, 1986, of activities authorized by NRC
Operating License DPR-46 for Cooper Nuclear Station, and to the discussion of
our findings with Mr. G. R. Horn and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
The area examined during the inspection was inservice inspection.
Within this
area, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures, overall
program and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations
by the NRC inspector.
The inspection findings are documented in the enclosed
inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
