SPECIAL REPORT LOOSE PARTS MONITOR CHANNEL #8 INOPERABLE On November 17, 1986 channel f8 (Steam Generator D) of the Unit 1 Vibration and Loose Parts Monitor System was declared inoperable. A Work Request was written to repair the accelerometer. The repair will be carried out during a future outage.
Since the channel has been inoperable more than 30 days this is reportable pursuant to Technical Specification 3.3.3.9.
