As we have discussed, Nebraska Public Power District has been developing "a Fitness for Duty Program that would be applicable to all individuals who are authorized to have unescorted access to our Cooper Nuclear Station. We have now finalized and approved that program and will begin implementing it in January, 1987.
The District's Policy on Fitness for. Duty, the Nuclear Power Group Directive which implements the Policy, and the Nuclear Power Group's schedule for implementation are enclosed.
If you have any questions concerning the District's Fitness for Duty Program or its implementation, please let me know.
