NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-288/97-201
Dear Dr. Koblik:
This refers to the inspection conducted on August 28 and 29,1997, at your TRIGA Mark l
research reactor facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your
f acility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
Various aspects of yout safety program wsre inspected including selective examinations of
procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
activities in progress. No problems were noted during the inspectica and activities -
authorized by the license were conducted safely and in accordance in NRC requirements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and
its enclosure wl;l be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
