AFFIDAVIT OF GEORGE S. THOMAS GEORGE S. THOMAS, being first duly sworn, deposes and says as follows:
1.
I am Vice President Nuclear Production at Seabrook Station.
2.
I testified at the hearings held before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board beginning on September 29, 1986.
3.
During those hearings, on October 1, 1986, counsel for Seacoast Anti-Pollution League asked if I knew whether the main plant computer manufacturer was still in business.
My answer, as I recall it, was:
"To my knowledge, it is."

The transcript, at Page 787, Line 4, reads:

I believe the court reporter erred in recording my answer, and, to the best of my knowledge, the company which manufactured the main plant computer is still
