Durf ng those hearings, on October I,1986, to the heat of my recollection counsel for Seacoast Anti-Pollution Leagtie asked:
"Is hydro,1en concentratiott used to initiata contain-sent spray flow?" The question does not tippear in the tran-script and should be inserted on pade 776 at line 10.

My anaver to the question, which appears at page 779,. lines 1-2, was:
