Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached the signed original and three (3) copies of Revision 19, Additional Pages to the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan. Based on conversations between personnel of NRC/ Region II staff and my staff, Revision 19, Additional Pages was developed to address several clarifications and a deletion.
Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 19, Additional Pages does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to the security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
