Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter is to clarify the Technical Specification amendments requested by my letters dated September 10, 1985, November 27, 1985 and January 7, 1986. The attached marked up pages 3/4 3-8 and 3/4 3-10 show that the amendment request is to be applied to Unit 1 only (Please note that the January 7, 1986 letter had provided a marked up page 2-5.
It has been determined that this change is more appropriately located'on pages 3/4 3-10 and 2/4 3-12).
The other previously changes transmitted were correct when originally submitted.
This letter contains information which supplements that which was provided by letters of September 10, 1985, November 27, 1985 and January 7, 1986. As such, no additional license fees are necessary.
