G. Counsil to D. G. Eisenhut dated November 8, 1983 Northeast Nuclear Energy Company responded to this item, stating that the plant is desioned to permit the required periodic on-line testina. The staff has revie'ved the information provided in your response and finds your response to be acceptable.
The enclosed report, prepared by EGAG and the staff's Safety Evaluation Report document the results of our review.
