Enclosed is Revision 3 to the Zion Station Recovery Plan. Revision 3:
cdcresces issues identified during the Quality and Safety Assessment Compliance Audit.
corrects position titleu, based on deunitization of tho organization.
clarifies minor issues identified in the implementation of the Plan.
e modifies Table 2 Start up Readiness Measures and Results fer Operator Work Arounds, Control Room Temporary Alterations, Controllers in Manual, and the CARB rejection rate. The readiness measure concerning OOSs has been deleted. The original intent of this it casurcs was in identi? configuration issues.
Configuration issues are now handi no separately.
clarified the discussion of Action Pl?n 9 OlltNUAangemenLConnnand and Contro]; the simulatcr training for rnanagers in this plan was deleted because it would not have effectively supported the objectives.
We have compared thoce changes to the NPC's Z!OILSI6IJLtJ.EERIMI ACTION PLAN dated September 11,1997. Action F;en 9 is thrt on!y efiected section and there is no effect to the stated objectivos or measuro*.4 of that Plan.
Thece changes in no way affect the objectives of the Recovciy Progr,1m.
