Dear Ms. McKenna:
In Reference (b), Yankee submitted Supplement No. 1 to Proposed Change No. 199 to the Technical Specifications (TS) of Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
As a result of recent discussions with the USNRC, Yankee requests that the proposed change on T.S. Page 5-1 be expedited and that the remaining changes be deferred pending further discussions.
