CONFIRMATION OF MEETING, HATCH UNITS 1 AND 2, DOCKET NOS. 50-321 AND 50-366 This confirms the telephone conversations between Mr. T. Beckham and Mr. L. Gucwa of Georgia Power Company and Mr. V. L. Brownlee of my staff on July 9 and 10, 1986, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at the Region II Office on July 18, 1986, at 10:00 a.m.

We requested this meeting to discuss a violation of regulatory requirements relating to a breach in a vital area barrier without adequate compensatory measures.
