ERRATA SHEET -

Westinghouse Topical Report WCAP-15224 Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program - Unit 1 Capsule Y Analysis August 25,1999

'Ihe following errors were discovered after publication of Topical Report WCAP-15224. They are j

corrected as noted.

Page 7-1 The fluence for Capsule U is listed as 7.96 x 10" n/cm' in Table 7-1. The correct fluence for Capsule U is 7.96 x 10" n/cm'. A conected table is attached to this errata sheet.

Notes

]

(a)

Updated in Capsule Y dosimetry analysts, see Section 6 of this report.

(b)*

Effective Full Power Years (EFPY) from plant startup.

(c)

Plant specific evaluation.

(d)

This fluence is not less than once or greater than twice the peak end oflicense (32 EFPY) fluence (c)

Capsules S, V, W and Z will reach a fluence of 2,.74 x 10 (E > 1.0 MeV), the 48 EFPY peak vessel fluence at approximately 44 EFPY, respectively.
