On 11/19 the reactor power level was reduced to - 98% to perform a Periodic Flow Test on the Auxiliary Feedwater System.
On 11/28 a forced outage occurred due to an operator inadver-tently closing the main steam isolation valves.
This caused a reactor trip on high pressurizer pressure.
