This amenement revises Section 5.2.1.b of the Big Rock Point T'echnical Specifications. This rev hion adds a table of uncertainty factors associated d'
with the analysis of the core thermal-hydraulic parameters for Reload I-2 fuel and provides footnotes delineating the manner in which these uncertainty J
values are to be used in establishing conformance with associated v.hermal-hydraulic limits. These changes are administrative in nature in that they do not request departure frcrweviously NRC-approved practices for Big Rock Point, but only relocate!NRC-approved core themal-hydraulic monitoring uncertainties from the NRC-approved Physics Methodoloey Topical Report into the Technical Specifications.
