(1) a technical evaluation of Equipment Qualification (EQ) test activities for safety related equip-ment, (21 verification of implementation of the quality assurance program (OAP), and (3) observation of EQ testing of Bussman Fuse Blocks for Public Service Company of Colorado (Ft. St. Vrain).

Test Pronram N6538 - Environmental and Seimic Qualification testing of Bussman Fuse Blocks for Public Service Company of Colorado (Ft. St. Vrain)

Test Procedure, Purchase Orders and other associated records were reviewed prior to observing High Energy Line Break (HELB) test on Bussman Fuse Blocks. No nonconformances were found, i

HELB test on Bussman Fuse Blocks was terminated due to failure of test setup. Test will be rescheduled upon correction of problems with the test equipment.

Final test report and test data on Bussman Fuse blocks will be reviewed during a future Inspection.

Test Program 18990 - Environmental Qualification of Model 8005N i

Electropneumatic Transducers, Model 74N109 Airset and 77N-4 Airset per IEEE standards 323-1974, 344-1975 and 382-1980.

Test procedure, purchase orders, test data and final test report were reviewed. No nonconformances were found.

Test Program 18227-81N Test per Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation Specification E-89, Qualification Testing of Class 1E Electrical Equipment'used at Nine Mile Point Unit #1 Nuclear Station per IEEE standards 323-1974, 323-1975 and 344-1975.

i Final Test Report and associated documents were examined. No nonconformances were found.

Test Program 17297-1-82N - Class 1E Qualification testing of Osborne and Brown-Boveri Corporation current transformers per IEEE standards 323-1974 and 344-1975 for the Detroit Edison Company (Enrico Fermi, Unit 2 Nuclear Generating Station).

Final Test Report and associated documents were examined.

No nonconformances were found, r

Test Program 20897 - Qualification Testing of Class IE Electrical Equipment in accordance with IEEE standards 323-1974/1983 for static "0" Ring (SOR), Inc.

This testing is part of a generic qualification program for SOR pressure switches (differential pressurer & vacuum), level switches and temperature switches. This test program will be conducted in the future.

The test procedure and purchase orders from SOR were examined.

No nonconformances were found.
