This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. H. Lasky of this office on March 31 through April 3, 1986, of your facility at Acton, Manssachusetts, and to the discussions of our findings with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The purpose of this inspection was to perform a technical evaluation of your equipment qualification test activities for safety-related equipment and to witness equipment qualification testing being performed on Bussman Fuse Blocks for the Public Service Company of Colorado. Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Details of this inspection are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
