Request for Additional Information on Element Report EN 213.4 As a result of its review of Element Report EN 213.4, " Electrical Procedure,"
the staff has detennined that additional information is required.
In particular, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) should demonstrate how the requirements of IEEE Standards 308 and 317 have been included in the TVA electrical pro-cedures and design process. For IEEE standard 308, restrict the response to the requirements for the auxiliary feedwater system only.
In ' order to support the TVA projected Sequoyah restart date, TVA should provide the requested information within 30 days of the date of this letter.
