application dated January 20, 1986. l This amendment eliminates the need for performing a monthly sampling and an analysis for dissolved and entrained gases if no waste batch of liquid effluents - ,,

is released during the month. It also corrects an error in the basis for the location of the control milk sample in the radiological environmental monitoring program.

A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Consnission's biweekly Federal Reoister notice.
