I would like to request through the Freedom of Information Act all
- reports, reviews, assessments, evaluations,
- findings, documentation, audits or available status reports of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission activities dealing with utility investigative programs.
These programs would specifically include, but not limited to, the Quality First program at Wolf Creek Generating
- Station, all SAFETEAM activities implemented at the various facilities, all Quality Technology Company activities implemented at the various facilities, and all investigative programs implemented by the utilities themselves.

Dear Mr. Pohlmann:
This is in partial response to your letter dated June 5, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of documents on NRC activities related to utility investigative programs.
The documents that are identified on enclosed Appendix A are already available in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.
The accession number is indicated beside each document description.
The NRC has made publicly available a number of documents regarding utility investigative programs in response to previous F0IA requests.
I have identified these requests on enclosed Appendix B with the name under which they,are filed in the PDR. Also enclosed is a notice which provides procedures and charges for obtaining records from the PDR.
We have been unable to reach you by telephorie to discuss the scope of your request.
Please notify me in writing if you are interested in additional records.
If so, please specify a time frame and a description of specific additional types of records of which you are interested.
If we do not hear from you by December 31, 1986, we will assume that the above response satisfies your request. At that time, we will close our file on your request.
You may, of course, submit another F0IA request at any time in the future in which you become interested in additional records.
