PRA APPLICATION PROGRAM FOR INSPECTION AT OCONEE AND MCGUIRE This confirms our telephone conversation of February 7,1987, concerning a meeting at your corporate office in Charlotte, NC on March 4, 1987 at 8:30 a.m.
i We requested this meeting to discuss the NRC's probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) application program for conducting inspections at nuclear power stations.
The meeting agenda will consist of introductory remarks by A. R. Herdt, followed by a technical discussion as to how your PRA will be utilized to develop inspec-tion techniques.
The technical discussions will be presented by Bryan Gore of Battelle, Pacific Northwest Laboratories for Oconee and Martin Hinton from Idaho National Engineering Laboratory for McGuire.
An open discussion to respond to any questions you or your staff may have will follow.
