NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff is filing this notification to inform all participants that on July 28, 2020, the Staff issued a letter to El Paso Electric Company closing out the Staffs information request regarding foreign ownership, control, or domination of Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-41, NPF-51, and NPF-74 for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. This letter may be obtained online in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Public Documents collection at https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html under Accession No. ML20210M078.
