Enclosed herewith, please find copies CSS-147-1 through CSS-147-4, providing page changes to Turkey Point Plant Physical Security Plan as Revision 11.
By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copy number CSS-147-5 page changes to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Licensing, United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C.

Compensatory measures currently in place around the areas mentioned on page 11-5 of attached enclosures and referenced in our letter numbered L-86-418, dated October 10, 1986, will remain in effect until this Revision is approved by your staff.
The material enclosed herewith contains safeguards infor-mation as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to i
unauthorized individual is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended.
Therefore, the enclosed material is exempt from public disclosure.
l The revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan and, therefore, does not require NRC approval prior to implementation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
