Dear Mr. Papanic:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.103to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) in partial response to your application of October 20, 1986, as modified December 18, 1986.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications relating to the maximum nominal enrichment of reload fuel. As requested by your December 18, 1986 letter, the balance of the proposed changes in your October 20, 1986 application will be handled separately.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. This action will appear in the Commission's next regular biweekly notice publication in the Federal Register.
