- 2) Revise attachment A - Statement of Wark, Tasks 5 (Deliverables) & 6 (Support Requirements) as follows:
Task 5 - Deliverables, item 3. is deleted and the following item 3. is
! substituted in lieu thereof:
"3. A final report which describes the testing procedures and which quantifies the performance of the sonar intruder detection system in terms of the probabilities of detection, false alarm rates, and provide findings and recommendations regarding possible equipment or procedural improvements within thirty (30) days after completion of the test." -
Task 6 - Support Requirements is deleted and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task 6 - Support Requirements Twenty-four hour a day access shall be provided by FF&L as well as a minimum of five qualified scuba divers for the entire period of tests (or as needed). One qualified scuba diver will be supplied by ARL:UT.
Testing personnel shall supply any additional divers as necessary.
Personnel associated with this agreement (except divers) shall act strictly as test coordinators, observers, and data takers and will not operate the intrusion detection equipment. The FP&L will supply operators from their existing guard services during the test period and install in the canal the necessary simulations to duplicate the final installed barriers. The FP&L will also have a representative of the sonar eouipment vendor present during the period of actual testing to repair any failed equipment."
All other terms and conditions set forth in this Cooperative Agreement remain unchanged.
