We have evaluated your responses to Violation

and found that they meet the requirements of

during future inspections.
Regarding your response to Violation 50-327/86-43-02, 50-328/86-43-02, you did
not provide sufficient detail concerning your corrective steps to avoid further
violations.
Based on a meeting between Mr. M. W. Branch of my staff and Messrs.
P. R. Wallace and G. B. Kirk of your staff, TVA committed to address planned
corrective actions in more detail in a supplemental response by December 19,
1986.
