Reference (b) closed all but two of the open items for the Seismic Qualification and Pump and Valve Operability Programs specified in Section 3.10 of SSER-4.
The following is in response to one of the remaining items.

SER Section 3.10.1.3; Applicant is to address the reconciliation j
of the g-load assumed for valves during seismic qualification with the actual g-load in the as-built conditions.
Response
The reconciliation program for comparison of the assumed g-loads for valves versus the required g-loads is complete and all valves are acceptable in the as-built position.
We trust this information is acceptable and request the status of these items be reflected in the next supplement to Seabrook's SER.
