Dear Sirs:
We wish to terminate our USNRC radioactive material license SNM-1426 for Plutonium-238 nuclear powered pacemakers. We do not wish to implant plutonium pacemakers in the future and we have never received any plutonium pacemakers.
This termination request has been discussed and approved by the Radiation Safety Committee and all interested cardiologists.
Our current expiration date is November,30,1988.
