This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Grazio of your staff and Mr. K. Landis of the NRC on August 19, 1997, concerning a meeting on Restart requested by the NRC. The meeting is scheduled for October 31, 1997, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
The location of the meeting will be at your Training Center in Room 153.
