This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. D. Schulz of your staff and Mr. K. P. Barr of my staff on October 24, 1986, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at the Browns Ferry facility on November 4,~ 1986, at 1:00 p.m., CST.

We requested this meeting to discuss TVA's loss of special nuclear material (SNM); including control, accounting, and transportation of SNM.
