Our letter dated November 5,1986, responded to your September 19; 1986 letter regarding fees for an April 19, 1985 submittal for Farley 1 and 2.

The last sentence on page 3 of our letter stated that "Once the fee is paid, we will notify the Office of Resource Management to cancel-the remaining portion of Invoice No. E0588 for the April 19, 1985 submittal."

Since there is no outstanding sum to be paid on E0588, that sentence should be changed to read, "Once the feo is paid, we will notify the Office of Resource Management to refund $4,613 to your Company for Invoice E0588 for the April 19, 1985 submittal, or you may subtract it from the $12,700 due the NRC. "

We regret this error.

If you desire to subtract the $4,613 from the

$12,700 due for the September 30'and October 30, 1981 submittals, the remaining sum due NRC is $8,087.
