SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PLAN This letter is in response to your letter dated September 25, 1986, which addressed the Fission Product Barrier Approach to emergency event classification as discussed in the NRC letter dated August 13, 1986, and a meeting ~ held in the Region II office on September 4,1986.
We find your response regarding the reinstatement of the previous classification scheme as presented in Revision 14, and the schedule for full implementation to be acceptable.
We will examine the implementation of Revision 14 and the retraining of-personnel during a subsequent inspection.
