holder of Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that l
the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license be amended to incorporate revised Reactor Coolant System heatup and cooldown limit curves to reflect the new curves generated in WCAP-10867.

Attachment A to this Application.

is set forth in Attachment B.
Based on the guidance provided by the commission, the proposed changes have been determined to it.volve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
